For 2026 the inference rests on trade reports (Latifundist, July 2026: Izmail/Reni barge rates doubling; GMK Center, 14 August 2026: draught of about 1.8-1.9 m on the route to Constanta) and on TTS naming Reni and Izmail among the routes its relocated fleet serves; no 2026 USPA statement is shown.
