TTS Group's half-year report of 31 August 2026 (Bucharest Stock Exchange) states that navigation upstream of Cernavoda was interrupted from July 2026, that contracts with a river leg to or from ports upstream of Cernavoda were suspended under force majeure clauses, that activity was suspended at its Oltenita, Giurgiu and Bechet terminals, that two-thirds of its covered barge fleet was relocated downstream of Cernavoda, and that loads there are capped at 800-1,000 tonnes per barge; its 2026 budget assumed resumption upstream at the end of Q3 or beginning of Q4 2026. Its river transport of agricultural products was 0.63 Mt in H1 2026 against 0.71 a year earlier.
