SPSE's crude line from Fos-sur-Mer feeds the Jura pipeline to the Cressier refinery, Switzerland's only refinery: the Rhine-independent crude route that supplies the third of Swiss demand not imported as finished products. Its network page states a capacity of 8 million tonnes of crude a year for Feyzin and Cressier together. On 23 October the federal office attributed a diesel gap to rain-delayed pumping of crude and products in southern France, so the substitute route was itself constrained; SPSE's own throughput in 2026 is not shown.
