The 2023 agreement places Shell as offtaker of up to 3.5 mtpa of Qatari LNG for the Netherlands from 2026. No 2026 notice to Shell and no Gate delivery record were found; the delay is deduced from the transit collapse, and Shell's possible gain on spot margins as a portfolio trader is likewise not shown.
