Isuzu's mother plant at Fujisawa in Kanagawa, in Yokohama's hinterland, builds light, medium and heavy trucks (City of Fujisawa partnership document, 25 April 2025). The MLIT 2014 map of assembly plants and loading ports names Nissan and Subaru, not Isuzu, as Yokohama's main car shippers, and Yokohama Customs' September 2026 flash puts 60.1 percent of national truck exports by value through Yokohama. The port Isuzu ships through is not shown on either document; exposure to the closure is inferred from location and that share.
