“Turkish fuel suppliers have reduced purchases of diesel from domestic refineries in anticipation of receiving Russian exports” — source, 2026-11-01
The article reports Turkish suppliers buying less from domestic refineries as Russian cargoes return, and names SOCAR with Tüpraş as the operators of Turkey's major refineries. SOCAR's STAR refinery at Aliağa is one of the refineries the sentence covers; its own volumes are not given, so the exposure is deduced from the collective statement.
