Russian diesel export ban and the US Midwest harvest diesel bill, autumn 2026
Beneficiary · Operational, local · deduced · Regulation, 2026-10-10
“CountryMark finds and refines American oil, transforming it into the highest quality fuels and lubricants in the Midwest.” — source, 2026-11-01
The page shows a farmer-owned refiner (Mount Vernon, Indiana) selling fuels in the Midwest. It is inferred that it captures higher harvest diesel prices as a refiner while its farm owners pay them; the split between the two is not shown.
