Data series

Each series keeps the rights of its publisher, recorded on the signal page with the policy consulted and its date. Series from US federal publishers are public domain; cite the publisher. A series marked restricted is shown and cited but not included in downloads.

Editions, figures and hypotheses

The text of an edition, its figures and its hypotheses are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence: reuse, quote and redistribute them with a link to the edition.

Organisation evidence

Each exposure quotes a short passage of a public page, with its URL and the date we read it, to document the organisation's position on a chain of events. Quotes belong to their authors. An organisation that considers a position wrong writes to hello@shockatlas.com; we correct or remove it and say so on the page.

No advice

Editions describe observed series, name mechanisms and state dated hypotheses. They are not investment, trading, procurement or legal advice, and they carry no warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular decision.
